Notes: This signal is actually the Wheelock MT4-24-LSM, which is a surface-mount version of the Wheelock MT-24-LSM, manufactured for Cerberus Pyrotronics, who gave it their own model number. When not being surface-mounted, a trim plate (model SFP) is often used to make the signal look more appealing, although, this was the design purpose of the Wheelock MT-24-LSM signal. Nevertheless, it still makes the same 8 tones (Horn, Code-3 Horn, March-Time Horn,
Code-3 Tone, Hi/Lo, Slow Whoop, Siren, and [vibrating] Bell) and offers two different volume levels. The last three DIP switches on the back of the signal (seen in pictures 7 & 8) determine the tone that sounds and the first switch determines the volume output (high or standard).
