Notes: The two voltage ratings are because this is signal takes both 12 and 24 VDC currents, really making it range from 8-33 VDC. The numerous candela intensity ratings are because this signal is multi-candela, and there are 6 selectable tones/volume levels on this signal: hi, med, and low on code-3, and hi, med, and low on continuous. Selections 7, 8, and 9 don’t exist on this signal, due to the fact that it’s a 2-wire signal. This series is best known as the SpectrAlert Advanced series. It has sadly replaced the “classic” SpectrAlert series with a supposedly much louder sound output and a much easier mounting mechanism.
